Parks put professional dog walkers on a tight leash with £300 licence

What Fryentway Park needs as well:

"Commercial dog walkers in the Royal Parks are being made to pay £300 for a licence and are limited to walking four animals at a time. The licence system was introduced on April 2 and requires dog walkers to pay the £300 annually for a permit and agree to the code of conduct, limiting the number of dogs they can walk"
