Private Housing Services - £113,990 Grant to fight Rogue Landlords

Brent Private Housing Services has successfully secured a £113,990 government grant to develop a new cloud based app, set up a private tenants’ focus group, improve intelligence and develop information packs for tenants in the battle against rogue landlords. Brent also won government funding to resource a HMO surveyor for 12 weeks during the 2018/2019 financial year. The grant scheme was competitive and oversubscribed
