Ask us about this service
We provide a special assisted collection service for residents who are unable to move their bins out for collection. This service is only available to residents who have a disability or health condition and live in a property where no one is able to move their bins for them.
An assisted collection means that our operatives will come in to your front garden to collect your bins from a location that we have agreed with you.
If you currently receive an assisted collection these changes do not affect you. Our operatives will continue to collect your bins as usual.
If you believe you need an assisted collection, please contact us or phone 020 8937 5050.
