Nightmare Neighbour Faces Eviction for Causing Drug Misery

I am reproducing below a recent case where council has served Closure Order for Anti Social Behavior.   "A problem council tenant from Landau House in Kilburn has been served with a Closure Order for at least three months after causing misery to neighbors with his anti-social behavior. The Closure Order secured by Brent Council is the first for this year, and means that the tenants friends and family cannot enter the property at any time during the length of the ban. The council is also considering enforcement action to take back possession of the property"
