Successful prosecution of loiters on Honeypot Lane

I have been informed that Joint-working between Brent Council officers and the Brent Police Partnership Tasking Team has led to the successful prosecution of individuals on Honeypot Lane breaching the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).
The individuals were found loitering in the area with the intent of seeking casual labour between the hours of 06:00 and 12:00, which is in violation of the PSPO. One individual pleaded guilty and was fined £290, whereas the others who failed to attend court were fined more than £500 each. Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work on this case.
If you spot any anti-social behaviour on the streets of Brent, when you are in a safe place, please report it by phone to 020 8937 1058 during working hours, or email community.safety@brent.gov.uk.
