20 mph Speed Limit in Barnhill

I am trying with the help of Barn hill Residents Association to have a 20 mph speed limit in the whole Barn hill area for safety of our Residents and old folks. We all know  traffic in the area has increased many a fold and "short cutters" vehicles drivers, are zooming  through Barn hill narrow roads as if they are  major highways endangering life and properties both alike.  It is important to have control over inconsiderate.

I am aware the consultation documentations have been delivered to every house in the Barn Hill I advice emphatically to all for be a positive on this and let we have 20 miles speed limit in the area for safety of our children, grand children and other roads users.
