Due to app store changes, the Cleaner Brent app has now been rolled into the Love Clean Streets app.
You can report all the same streets issues as before, but you will need to delete Cleaner Brent and download Love Clean Streets in its place. The new app can be found on the Apple Store (for iPhone) or on Google Play (for Android).
