Spoken to the store manager through Brent Council. The manager has confirmed they are aware of the issue and that their security staff do move beggars on when seen, however they are unable to man handle them and do contact the police for assistance.
The store manager stated he also finds it frustrating for his customers to be effected by the minority of beggars who act in a aggressive way but is seeking help from head office & the police in dealing with the situation.
Brent Council has also contacted Barnhill SNT to visit the location & take appropriate action when they have capacity to do so.
