Fireworks in Fryent Park and other places

I am sharing a piece of advice about fireworks display in the Fryent Park bellow

:

Please note we are unable to take direct action in regards to this specific nuisance.

It is considered a criminal offence to set off fireworks in the street or other public places without permission, and residents, members of the public, etc. can contact the police if someone is doing this.

Generally, fireworks on private property may be set off all year round between 7am and 11pm. However, at certain times of the year, this curfew is extended – to midnight on Guy Fawkes Night and 1am on New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year and Diwali.

Please note that the local SNT Officers are now conducting their Autumn Night Patrol initiative, which allows for later evening patrols. Fireworks misuse is one of the priorities of this initiative.

I have attached the following link: https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/asb/asb/antisocial-behaviour/fireworks/  which provides additional information, which you may find useful.
