Face Covering

  Message from TFL

Good afternoon,

With London in Tier 2 and the weekend approaching, Transport for London and the Mayor of London are urging all Londoners to travel safely and wear face coverings

Face coverings must be worn for the full duration of journeys on the public transport network, including inside stations, and in taxis and private hire vehicles. If you do not, you could be denied travel, or receive a minimum £200 fine (reduced to £100 if paid within 14 days) which will double each time you are caught not wearing a face covering, up to £6,400. More information is available at https://tfl.gov.uk/campaign/face-coverings

Please help us to encourage face covering use by sharing this message as far as possible and in any planned communications you have coming up. We are also asking that you amplify messaging related to face coverings on the following channels:

You may wish to start by retweeting the following: https://twitter.com/TfL/status/1336986651579584515?s=20

With kind regards,
