Message from Brent for Businessmen
6 January 2021
New National Lockdown The Government has introduced a national lockdown and has ordered certain businesses and venues to close. - All non-essential retail, indoor and outdoor leisure facilities, entertainment venues and personal care businesses are required to close by law.
- Food shops, supermarkets, garden centres and certain other retailers providing essential goods and services can remain open.
- Non-essential retail can still provide delivery and click-and-collect to customers but are closed for face to face service.
- Hospitality venues like restaurants, bars and pubs must close, with the exception of providing food and non-alcoholic drinks for takeaway (until 11pm), click-and-collect and drive-through. All food and drink (including alcohol) can continue to be provided by delivery.
