As the government have suspended all evictions for the next three months, there is a possibility that there will be an increase in illegal evictions and harassment from private sector landlords. If a tenant is having problems with their landlord, such as intimidation, threatening to cut off the electric & gas supply, going inside a property without permission, threatening to evict without a court order or changed the locks of a property, tenants can access the Brent tenancy protection service.
