Anti Social Behaviour at Uxendon Hill/Beverley Garden

I thought few lads after breaking fast come to the area for just chat and relax. This is because the lads participating  appear to be Middle eastern - According  to the local , I am assuming wrong - the boys are there doing some kind of mischievous purposes. I am informed the cars start appear on the local roads at dust and group of lads come out start shouting, speaking loudly and (allegedly) smoking. Police has been informed so the council. I am glad to say police is taking it serious and will make frequent visit till situation turns normal. Council has also taken it and in contact with law enforcement agencies.
