Community Protection ( Brent Council)
Currently Community Protection alongside other Council Enforcement teams are working with police, housing providers and other partners and developing specific targeted activity to address a number of issues ranging from ASB, Business compliance, COVID19 related issues, violent crime and gang related activity. These have been developed based on 2 successful bank holiday operations. A forward plan of planned operations and locations is currently being agreed. Every operation will have a clear and identified outcome to ensure that the joint activity provides an effective delivery to prevent crime and improve community safety concerns.
Neighbourhood Management ( Brent Council)
The team have been busy assisting Brent’s response to Covid-19 by working at Bridge Park food distribution centre, conducting days of action with Enforcement Teams across the council to tackle social distancing in town centres and arranging food and toiletry drop off zones.
Environmental Enforcement( Brent coluncil)
Officers have been patrolling the parks and opens spaces, assisting Police with enforcing social distancing measures and breaches of the Public Space Protection orders, while also working at Marsh Road, Bridge Park and the Covid-19 testing centre.
